The terms for using this website and the research reports we publish.

Using this site

This site is run by SevenLabs Consulting LLC (“SevenLabs”, “we”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Not advice

Everything on this site, including our research, is general information about engineering. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it isn’t a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Make your own decisions, with your own advisers where needed.

Research reports

• You may read, download and share our reports within your organisation.
• You may quote short extracts elsewhere, as long as you credit SevenLabs and link to the report.
• You may not resell a report, republish it in full, or present it as your own work.

We work hard to get our data and findings right, but reports describe the systems and conditions we measured at the time. We can’t promise they apply to your system, or that they stay accurate as things change.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and reports on this site belong to SevenLabs or its licensors. Our open-source projects are covered by their own licences, which are in their repositories.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we don’t control, such as Calendly, GitHub and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as they are. We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, SevenLabs isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes
